The guidelines lay down the principles and procedures governing the various awards conferred by the Indian Society of Criminology. They define the objectives of each award, eligibility criteria, nomination/application process, evaluation and selection mechanism. The guidelines are intended to ensure clarity, uniformity, transparency, and fairness in recognising outstanding contributions to criminology, criminal justice, and allied fields, in furtherance of the objectives of the Society.
